IMHO, that cannot be done, that is why they all have to be removed, we start again, then have constitutional conventions, whereby the constitution is either amended/updated or start from scratch,& put all of that to “we the people” in a properly lawfully conducted referendum.
Result we will or should get a completely separate sovereign country, free from being under the jackboot of the British Crown, even the Crown Corporation, which sits over that, as I understand.
Given that “we the people” are the common wealth of this country why can’t we have in future a genuine Commonwealth Constitution, not a claytons one we have now, & this means no republic.
Larry Hannigan in his great site realaussienews.comn.au/categories/courts article 22 belled the cat on that idea, as it appears as soon as we become a republic, then their corporate debt gets dumped on us all & the politicians get off scott free. No thanks.

9. Stop the current insanity of renewables and embrace a sensible mix of renewables and non renewables
10. Put a stop to multi national companies ripping Australia off and not paying their fair share of taxes
11. Remove traffic cameras that are unfairly revenue raising, place them only in proven black spot areas and stop government relying on fines to boost their budgets
12. Politicians are not electable unless they genuinely contribute to the well being of Australia and have had a real job. They can be booted if proven to be counter productive
13. Politicians to be banned from owning investment properties
14. Politicians do not get pay increases unless they have achieved a set amount of KPIs such as the ones listed here and acted in the best interest of Australia and the peopls they represent . If they do get a pay increase it's a modest one like no more than 3%. *They go into the public service to serve us and not themselves.
With regard to income tax, as an employee your labour should not be taxable income, as it is not profit on top of service. You do not dictate how much the employer must pay. You are giving of yourself free skills, education, expertise, time and experience and they dictate amount, your time schedule and work expectations so they can make profit for their own company that will only benefit their bottom line.
At present companies across the board are exploiting their employees by expecting more for less pay, expecting continual personal development at your expense that only benefit the employers bottom line, your wage does not go up, but the expense of the course goes up. That’s where immigrants from India, China, and third world countries have destroyed the Australian wage system.
If you are a contractor you will dictate terms of trade for your services.
The work agreement is open to exploitation of the worker. It’s been proven that most employers cannot be trusted when it comes with what’s a fair wage. Especially businesses run by immigrants from China and India. Their work culture is completely opposite to ours, that our fore fathers have worked hard to ensure our generation have a fair wage, opportunity and ability to progress to better employment a standard once enjoyed.
The fair wage definition must be redefined because ever since the work agreement was instated by the Howard Liberal government and approved by the Rudd Labor government wages have fallen below the poverty line.

I totally agree. The only way forward is to re instate the constitution of 1901, clear the parliament and for the first time since federation 1901 form our first federal parliament per the constitution and then move forward with the people of Australia making necessary changes for all to benefit via a referendum. We in Australia were never afforded the right to this position. The federal government is employed by the people for the people, not the corporations. One is based on common law the other our current situation is based on commercial law both jurisdictions cannot reside together. We the indigenous people, born in Australia of all colour were lied to by the corporate business parties that hijacked this country and stole its assets to make themselves wealthy with pensions of $400,000/ yr while we are expected to live on a pittance and pay taxes for our labour as it our right to live lawfully is a privilege. That is one area of the constitution that must be corrected. There has to be remedy we the people can action that will immediately put a stop to a repeat of what we have experienced in recent years. It’s been proven all governments cannot be trusted to self govern. They need us people across the board to audit and oversee their processes. The estimate hearings in parliament is a joke. If you cannot give a clear, willing, transparent answer, no more “I’ll take that on notice nonsense”, you will be sacked from your job. This is a place we the people can check on performance. Also the people need a bill of rights for all Australians.
In no particular order;
1. repeal all the vape related laws
2. repeal all the gun ownership laws, right back to what they were before the Port Arthur false flag operation and little Johnny’s ineptitude.
3. release all information regarding the Port Arthur false flag operation to the public and carry out an inquest as per the letter of the law.
4. implement unrepealable (constitution?) rights to free speech, gun ownership, the right to defend ones property, family, any member of the public and ones own life, using any means to achieve that end.
5. exit all agreements with international, unelected organisations, towit, UN, WEF, WHO and the like.
6. stop giving away our natural resources to offshore concerns (for example natural gas), instead, charge fair market value for it and share the profits with the Australian citizens.
7. remove the vast majority of government bureaucrats and make the rest of them accountable including using public corporal and capitol punishment for their actions and decisions.
8. stop the replacement migration and repatriate those that are here already as part of this. migration should be as it once was, where Australia as a whole should benefit from each migration – that is, the migrants want to be and become productive and contributing members of our society, and who are willing to assimilate into our culture.
9. take ownership of infrastructure, electricity grid and so on.
10. remove tolls on roads once the cost of building the road has been recouped.
11. install a commodities backed currency.
12. introduce REAL tax reform that applies to all, be they individuals or companies.

Ensure the Australian people receive royalties from all resources that are mined from Australian lands.
Totally agree. No foreign ownership of land or housing. The loop holes must be found and closed. Trust has been lost. Selling of property buying of properties cannot be done by proxy or the anchor child industry. Now will be the time when all those born in Australia can present their own experiences relevant to the socioeconomic, environmental, cultural, geographical damaged unchecked immigration has had on their lives.
